涤纶短纤维废水中试研究

Pilot Study on Polyester Staple Wastewater Treatment

摘要 以浙江某实业有限公司涤纶短纤维生产废水为研究对象,采用水解酸化—VABR—好氧组合工艺进行处理,经过一个多月的现场中试,研究表明：在进水CODcr为1500~2500mg/L的情况下,出水CODcr保持在50~100mg/L范围内,且系统运行稳定。 With polyester staple wastewater as treatment object from Zhejiang Industry Co.,Ltd..Using hydrolytic acidification-VABR-aerobic process to treat.More than a Months＇ field pilot test indicated that when the CODcr of the influent was 1500~2500mg/L,the CODcr of the effluent was 50~150mg/L.The treatment system is operated stable.
