摘要
采用高能球磨和粉末冶金法制备了不同TiB2含量和添加WO3的新型AgTiB2复合材料,通过电弧侵蚀试验研究了TiB2含量和WO3添加剂对AgTiB2复合材料电弧侵蚀的影响。结果表明,适量的TiB2具有良好的电弧分散效果。TiB2含量为0.13%(质量百分数,下同)的AgTiB2复合材料表面电弧侵蚀严重,蚀坑深,而TiB2含量为0.50%时,AgTiB2复合材料表面蚀坑小而浅,但随着TiB2含量进一步增加,电弧侵蚀程度又加大。WO3的添加可增强Ag/1%TiB2复合材料的耐电弧侵蚀能力。
Novel AgTiB2 composites with different TiB2 contents and WO3 addition were prepared by high energy ball milling and powder metallurgy.The effects of TiB2 content and WO3 addition on the arc erosion behavior of AgTiB2 composite were investigated.The results show that an appropriate TiB2 content can disperse arc effectively.There are serious arc erosion and deep erosion pits on the surface of AgTiB2 composite with 0.13wt% TiB2,while the erosion pits become smaller and shallower when the content of TiB2 is 0.50wt%.However,excessive TiB2 addition deteriorates arc erosion resistance.WO3 addition can enhance the arc erosion resistance of Ag/1wt%TiB2 composites.
