摘要
铂类抗癌药物是目前临床治疗恶性肿瘤最有效的药物之一,近10年来,其应用和研究得到了迅速的发展。铂类抗癌配合物的化学分析方法主要有炽灼残渣检查法、高效液相色谱法、薄层层析法、紫外分光光度法及毛细管电泳法等,其中,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)因分析速度快、分离效率高、检测灵敏度高、检测自动化、适用范围广等优点,已成为近年来铂类抗癌配合物化学分析最常用的手段。针对目前已进入临床应用及部分正进行临床试验的铂类抗癌配合物的HPLC方法进行了综述。
Platinum complexes are one of the most effective anti-cancer agents currently used in clinical treatments of cancer patients.The past decade has witnessed rapid developments in this field and some modern chemical analytical methods have also applied to determination of these agents.The methods include residue on ignition method,HPLC,TLC,UV–Vis spectrophotometry and capillary electrophoresis,among which HPLC is the most frequently used because it has many advantages,such as fast analytical speed,high separation efficiency and detection sensitivity,automatic detection and wide-range application.The present paper summarized the HPLC for clinically approved platinum drugs as well as some platinum complexes under clinical investigation.
