摘要
天然橡胶的造粒是天然橡胶标准颗粒胶生产中的一个关键环节,广泛地应用于天然橡胶加工行业中的锤磨造粒机,其造粒效果(造粒均匀度、颗粒大小符合要求),一直是衡量造粒设备的重要指标,直接影响到干燥等后序工艺的加工质量。对影响天然橡胶锤磨造粒机造粒效果的主要因素进行研究分析,找到不同影响因素下提高造粒效果的方法。
Natural rubber granulation is the key link in the standard particle glue production of natural rubber, is widely used in hammermill-granulator of natural rubber processing industry. The effect of granulation （granulation uniformity, particle size to meet the requirements） has been an important indicator to measure granulation equipment, and directly affects the processing quality of the drying process and other subsequent processes. The study does research and analyze the main factors influencing the granulation effect of natural rubber hammermill-granulator, and obtains methods of improving granulation effect under different influencing factors.
