In the context of today＇s diverse interests,the expression of interests and the balance of interests are receiving more and more attention in the area of legislation.The game and the balance of the interests has an impact on legislation,especially on local legislation.It has been the key issue of local legislation which affects its success or failure.Existence of the conflict decides the game to be inevitable.Especially in the context of diverse beneficiaries of the interests,with the conflict of interest in local legislation intensifying,introducing game theory to the local legislation can make various conflicts in the legislative process more intuitive and concrete.Through the opposed analysis and the design beforehand and more conciliatory strategy of choice,it can play a more effective legislative motile role,slow the legislative conflicts,and enhance the acceptability of local legislation,so as to promote the sound development of local legislation.
