我国发展低碳农业存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Low-carbon Agriculture in Current China

发展低碳农业是中国应对未来农业的巨大挑战、实现农业可持续发展的一项重要举措。近年来,中国在发展低碳农业方面做了许多工作,但还存在诸如农业现代化水平低、农民的低碳意识薄弱、农业基础设施建设进程缓慢、农民素质普遍较低,自主创新能力不足、粗放式农业生产方式较普遍等问题。因此,必须采取相应之策,大力发展低碳生态农业,以促进现代农业由高向低碳经济转型,实现农业又好又快发展。

Developing low-carbon agriculture is China＇s important measure in responding to the great challenge and sustainable development for future agriculture.Currently,China is doing a lot of work in developing low-carbon agriculture,but many problems such as low level of agricultural modernization,farmers＇ weak awareness of low-carbon,slow process of construction of agricultural infrastructure,farmers＇ low qualities,lack of capacity of independent innovation,and extensive agricultural production still exist.To achieve rapid development of agriculture,we must develop low-carbon agriculture to promote our modern agriculture and transfer it to low-carbon economy.
