Research on the Yuan Guoping's Thought of Ideological Work to Puppet Soldiers

袁国平在从事我军早期的政治工作的过程中,高度重视对敌伪的政治工作,并提出了他的对敌伪政治工作思想。主张建立、健全我军对敌伪政治工作的组织和系统,提倡用多种方式开展对敌伪的政治工作,开展这一工作必须充分发动群众,强调把争取敌伪军投诚和反正作为最高目标。在开展这一工作时还需提防敌军的反宣传,主张把对敌伪政治工作置于为我军政治工作服务的地位。

In the course of employing the early ideological work of our army,Yuan Guoping attached great importance to the ideological work to puppet soldiers,and put forward his thought of the ideological work to puppet soldiers.He argued that we should build and perfect the organism and system of our army for ideological work to puppet soldiers,advocated various ways to carry out ideological work to puppet soldiers,encouraged the masses to do this work,and emphasized it the upmost aim to make puppet soldiers to surrender to the people.We must prevent enemy from counterpropagating and argued that we should lay the ideological work to puppet soldiers serving for the ideological work of our army.
