摘要
对白酒中甜味剂的测定方法的研究现状进行了总结,目前常用的几种检测方法是:高效液相色谱法、高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术、超高效液相色谱法-质谱联用技术、离子色谱、比色法、薄层层析法。
The research status at present in the determination of sodium sweeteners in liquor was summed up. These analytic techniques included the High Performance Liquid Chromatography, the High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry, the Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry, Ion Chromatography, Colorimetric method, the Thin Layer Chromatography.
