以电大为基础 发挥自考优势 办好开放大学

Displaying Superiority of Self-study Exam and Developing Open University on Basis of RTVU

电大和自考共同担当着全民继续教育的历史使命。中国特定的社会历史条件,铸就了自考的政策优势、体制优势和低成本优势,形成了电大的系统优势、资源优势和开放办学经验等优势。但自考与电大各有劣势与不足,一定程度上浪费了社会教育总资源。以电大为基础,发挥自考优势,整合我国继续教育两大系统资源,办好开放大学,有利于构建完备的终身教育体系,促进学习型社会建设。

Both Radio TV University and Self-study Exam are responsible for the historical mission of nationwide continuing education.The social and historical characteristics of China have displayed the policy,system and low cost superiority of Self-study Exam and displayed the system,resources and experience of open learning superiority of RTVU.However,there are some disadvantages and deficiencies in the systems of Self-study Exam and RTVU,resulting in the total waste of social education resources.On the basis of RTVU and by taking advantage of Self-study Exam,integrating the resources of two large systems of continuing education of our country and developing the Open University can help construct a complete lifelong education system and a learning society.
