摘要
基层电大要在学习型社会建设中有所作为,一个重要的支点便是教师应从单一的电大学历教育工作者向复合型的全民终身教育工作者角色转型。通过转变思想观念、开展素质培训、修订激励制度、强化政府支持等基本策略,努力履行终身学习的宣传者、自主学习的导学者、学习心理的疏导者、助学资源的服务者等角色定位要求。
The role that the grass-roots RTVU should play in the construction of a learning society is to transform the role of the teacher from the single educator of degree education to the multi-skill educator of the national lifelong education.The teacher in a learning society should meet the requirements of being a promoter of lifelong learning,a tutor of self learning,a counselor of learning psychology,and supporter of learning resources by changing the ideas,taking the professional training,revising the incentive mechanism,and obtaining more support given by the authority.
