Impacts of Water Transfer Project on Eco-environment: A Review

为了改变水资源时空分布不均的状况,调水成为缓解干旱区域水资源危机的主要途径。调水工程在带来巨大社会经济和生态环境效益的同时,必然会对生态环境产生不利影响。结合国内外调水工程的实例,分析评价了调水工程对生态环境的有利和不利影响,并针对不利影响提出了缓解和防治对策。

In order to change the spatial and temporal unevenly distribution of water resources, water transfer became the dominant approach to alleviate water resources crisis in arid regions. Water transfer projects can bring tremendous social, economic and eco - environmental benefits. However, it can also produce adverse effects on eeo -environment. This paper analyzed and evaluated favorable and unfavorable influences on eco - environment by taking water transfer projects both at home and abroad as examples, and proposed some mitigation and prevention measures for the adverse effects.
