摘要
高等职业教育应该坚持自己的培养规格,当前表述最为准确的是教育部教高[2000]2号文件.高职教育应该把培养学生职业能力(关键能力)放在突出的位置上;基于工作过程的学习领域课程方案的开发,必须注意将工作过程加以系统化,形成相对固定的结构,并对工作过程中与完成任务相关的职业、生活和公众领域中的行动进行教学论加工,从而构建合理科学的学习领域,所用的范例不是简单地照搬,而是要以教学论进行科学地处理,用原理来解释现实;工学交替、学做一体、顶岗实习应落到实处,最根本的是要有法律的支持;在法律尚不具备的情况下,一些被实践证明有效的传统做法不能轻易抛弃;学习发达国家的先进思想和经验,必须全面准确,掌握其精髓,必须与中国的国情相结合,不能采取脱离实际、一切照搬的教条主义.
Higher vocational education should insist on its own training standard,the most accurate expression of which is Jiaogao No.2.Cultivation of Students' vocational abilities(key abilities) should be put in the outstanding position in higher vocational education.Development of learning field curriculum program based on working process must systematize the working process to form relatively fixed structure and carry out teaching theory processing to actions in career,life and public sphere related to task-performing during working process,thus construct reasonable and scientific learning field.Examples used should not be copied indiscriminately,but treated scientifically with teaching theory and reality should be explained by principles.To put working and learning alternation,studying and practicing integration and working practice into reality,legal support is most fundamental;traditional methods which have been proved effective by practices should not be abandoned rashly under the condition of law imperfection;learning of advanced thoughts and experience must be comprehensive and accurate to grasp the essence,and be combined with Chinese situation to prevent ivory-towered and indiscriminately copied dogmatism.
