高职院校与地方共建学习型基层党组织研究

On Co-construction of Learning-oriented Basic Party Organization by Higher Vocational Colleges and Local Government

党的十七届四中全会,从全面推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业和党的建设新的伟大工程全局出发,提出建设马克思主义学习型政党的重大战略任务,要把各级党组织建设成为学习型党组织.高职院校党组织要从自身特点出发,与地方党组织结对共建,并就校地共建学习型基层党组织,提出了共建途径及保障措施.

At the fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee,strategic task of building Marxism learning-oriented party was put forward from the overall situation of roundly accelerating great course of socialism with Chinese characteristics and new great project of party building to make party organizations at various levels into learning-oriented party organizations.Higher vocational colleges should co-construct the party organizations with local government from self characteristics.This paper puts forward co-construction approaches and safeguard measures to co-construction of learning-oriented basic party organization by higher vocational colleges and local government.
