摘要
通过实现专业化来提升高职教师的整体水平是高等职业教育改革与发展的关键。专业化发展是高职"双师型"教师的发展方向。针对当前高职"双师型"教师在专业化发展进程中的障碍,高职院校应加强管理,采取多种策略提高教师专业能力,提高高职教师专业化水平。
Implementing specialization to upgrade the overall standard of vocational college teachers is the key of higher vocational education reform and development.Professional development is a high level of ＂double-certificated ＂teacher development.For current higher vocational ＂double-certificated ＂obstacles in the process of professional development for teachers,vocational colleges should strengthen the management,adopt various tactics to improve the professional competence of teachers,improve the level of teacher specialization in higher vocational education.
