辅导员科研能力的提高是辅导员专业化发展的关键环节。辅导员科研能力的成长主要是在认知、实践、思维三个层面的成长,通过分析这一成长的过程和阶段,形成了辅导员科研能力成长的模型,并试图依据这一模型从物质、组织、制度等方面建立健全辅导员科研能力培养的制度机制。

The elevation in scientific research ability of counsellors is the key point in the development of specialization in the work of councellors.The development of the scientific research ability of councellors lies at mainly three levels： acknowledgement,practice,thoughts.This paper makes a full analysis of the procedures and stages of the development of the scientific research ability of councellors,forms the pattern of the development of scientific research ability of councellors,according to which sets up and strengthens the system of the scientific research ability of councellors in the aspects of substance,organization and system.
