市场如战场,市场营销便是短兵相接,营销人员素质高低和团队协作好坏对企业参与竞争和提升业绩显得尤为关键。中小企业的营销培训,要避免过去理论多、口号多、决心多的局面,切实加强人员实战性技巧的培训、科学地指导营销人员,最终达到善战、实效的目标。
If we describe the market as battlefield,marketing will be a fighting at close quarters.Naturally,the ability of marketing stuff and coordination within teamwork become a fundamental issue when participating in business competition and sales promotion.Besides that,marketing training in smaller enterprise should avoid too much theory,slogan and meaningless determination.To reach a satisfactory return,we should concentrate on practical technique improvement and direct the marketing practice effectively.
