摘要
乡镇卫生院在农村卫生体系和农村居民防病治病中发挥着不可替代的作用。2000年,很多省份乡镇卫生院启动了"转制"为主要手段的民营化改革工作。总的来看,乡镇卫生院转制过程存在着诸多问题,转制的效果不尽如人意。今后,政府应发挥其主导作用,结合合理的市场机制,不断提高人力资源,从而进一步推进乡镇卫生院的健康发展。
Township hospital plays an irreplaceable role in preventing and curing disease in rural area.Since 2000,township hospitals in many provinces started privatization reform.Overall,there are lots of issues in the process of reform,and the effect of reform is not desirable.In the future,government should plays leading role,make full use of reasonable market mechanism,and improve human resource,to push forward health development of township hospitals.
