摘要
随着人事制度改革的不断深化,高等学校工资制度也历经几次改革,绩效工资的提出给高校师资队伍建设、学校战略目标的实现带来了新的机遇和挑战。在新的形势下,高等学校应遵循怎样的原则及采取怎样的策略来实施绩效工资的确是一个引人深思、发人深省的问题。
With the continuous deepening of personnel system reform,the wage system in colleges and universities has undergone several reforms.The presentation of performance-related wage brings new opportunities and challenges to the faculty construction and the realization of the strategic goals.Under the new situation,it is a thought-provoking question that colleges and universities should abide by what principles and adopt what strategies to carry out the performance-related wage.
