均匀设计法对煤矸石作骨料的树脂混凝土的试验研究

An Experimental Study on the Resin Concrete from Coal Gangue as Aggregate with Uniform Design Method

试验采用煤矸石作骨料,以粉煤灰作填料,加入环氧树脂胶粘剂制作了11组树脂混凝土试块,并测试其力学指标。试验采用均匀设计,并用相关软件进行回归分析,结果表明可以获得较高强度,并给出了合理的骨料级配。

Taking the coal gangne as aggregate, coal ash powder as filler, and epoxy resin as adhesive, the experimental study makes eleven samples, and tests their mechanical performance. It is conducted with uniform design method and given regression analysis by software. The experimental results show that the samples have enough strength for practical application and provide the optimum ratio of aggregate.
