贫困大学生的抑郁症状与人格、社会支持的相关研究

Correlation of depressive symptoms with personality and social support in impoverished undergraduates

目的探讨贫困大学生的抑郁症状与人格、社会支持的关系。方法选取277名贫困大学生为研究组,288名一般大学生为对照组,问卷评定采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、艾森克个性问卷及社会支持评定量表。结果贫困大学生抑郁症状的检出率为31.41%。研究组的SDS评分显著高于对照组(t=3.59,P<0.05)。研究组的E维度因子分评分显著低于对照组(t=-5.06,P<0.05),而研究组的N维度因子分评分显著高于对照组(t=5.20,P<0.05)。研究组的客观支持、主观支持、利用度因子评分显著低于对照组(t=-11.57～-5.71,P<0.05)。贫困大学生的抑郁自评量表评分与E维度、客观支持、主观支持、利用度因子评分呈显著负相关(r=-0.39～-0.31,P<0.05),与N维度评分呈显著正相关(r=0.34,P<0.05)。结论贫困大学生的抑郁症状与其人格特征及社会支持等因素有关。

Objective To explore the correlation of depressive symptoms with personality and social supporl in i,.npoverished students in university. Methods A total of 277 impoverished undergraduates in study group and 288 normal students in control group were assessed with Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS）, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ） and Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS）. Results The detection rate of depressive symptoms in the impoverished undergraduates were 31.41%. The scores of SDS in study group were significantly higher than those in control group （t = 3.59, P 〈 0.05）. In study group, the scores of EPQ were significantly lower on E dimension and higher on N dimension than those in control group （ t = - 5.06, 5.20 respectively, P 〈 0.05 ）. Scores of SSRS in study group were significantly lower on objective support, subjective support, social support and passive coping factor than those in control group （t = -11.57 - -5.71, P 〈 0.05）. The scores of SDS in the impoverished students showed significant negative correlation with scores of E dimension, objective support, subjective support, social support, passive coping fi, ctor （r = -0. 39 ~ -0.31, P 〈0.05） , and significant positive correlation with the score of N dimension （r = 0. 34, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The depressive symptoms of impoverished students in university are related to their personality and social support.
