As a dynamic and open method, case method is used to improve student＇s ability of analyzing and solving problems. Finance is a subject that combines theory and application. The use of case method in the subject helps motivate students to learn actively and broaden their horizen. In general, case method in Fiaance covers the tbllowing four stages： design, presentation, analysis, and evaluation. Therefore, the best way is to integrate case method with other methods.
