实现广北甲、乙线ESOF策略的二次回路设计

摘要 在2010年天广直流控制保护系统改造过程中,为了满足天广直流的紧急停机以及减功率策略要求,提出了一种实现广北甲、乙线ESOF策略的二次回路设计方案。该方案能可靠地实现各种情况下开关事故跳闸后的跳闸发信;同时将三相不一致跳闸回路设计成独立于线路保护、充电保护、过流保护等跳闸回路,从而具有扩展空间。 During the reconstruction of Tianshengqiao-Guangzhou DC control protection system in 2010,in order to meet the requirements of emergency switch off sequence and power-limited strategy,a design scheme of the secondary circuits is proposed to achieve the ESOF strategy in Guangzhou-Beijiao LineⅠand Line Ⅱ.The scheme can trustworthily realize the tripping information transmission when switch tripping incidents occured in various situations.In addition,the tripping circuit for three phase inconsistant protection is designed as a circuit isolated from the circuits such as that for line protection,charging protection,or overcurrent protection and so on,and thus this isolated circuit has expansion space.
