摘要
影子银行体系的超常规发展和信用扩张,是全球金融危机爆发的重要原因之一。本文从影子银行体系的内涵、运作机制展开研究,分析危机后西方主要国家有关的金融监管改革举措,并结合中国影子银行体系的现状提出有关建议。
Extraordinary development and credit expansion of shadow banking system is one of the important reasons of global financial crisis.This paper studies content and operation mechanism of shadow bank system,analyzes the related financial regulatory reform measures of major western countries after the crisis,proposes suggestions on the development of China＇s financial system on the basis of China＇s status quo of the shadow banking system.
