本文以农业产业化重点龙头食品加工企业双汇投资发展股份有限公司（以下简称双汇股份公司）为案例，以该企业近九年的财务报告为证据，计算了相关的财务指标，建立了相应的分析模型，分析了影响双汇股份公司财务状况的因素及其各因素变动对财务状况的影响，以充分的财务数据资料论证了双汇股份公司基本的财务状况及其变动的趋势。深入分析了双汇股份公司财务状况所面，临的重大问题和风险，提出了面，临突发事件应急处理策略。
Enterprises play an important role in economy and serve as a cornerstone of modern society. But their fiscal revenues are affected directly by financial conditions and their operation. The paper studies Henan Shuanghui Investment ＆ Development Co., Ltd. based on its financial reports of 2001 -2009. Its financial trend is fully illustrated by analyzing variable factors. Recently it was involved in an emergency of clenobuterol hydrochloride. The paper also proposes some coping tactics to guard against risks so as to overcome the influence of the event.
