摘要
当前，我国立法上对于农村土地承包经营权流转的规范欠完善，已成为制约农村经济发展的瓶颈。完善我国农村土地承包经营权流转制度，对促进我国农业结构调整和农村资源的优化配置，促进社会主义农村市场经济的发展具有重要意义。本文针对土地承包经营权流转中存在的相关法律问题进行分析与研究，力图从法律层面，提出完善农村土地承包经营权流转法律制度的对策，以此促进整个农村土地承包经营权流转制度的完善。
Currently China＇s poor legislation of rural land management is the bottleneck restricting the development of rural economy. Improving the contracted rural land management is of importance for the economic development. The paper analyzes the causes and effects of relevant legal issues and proposes some suggestions and countermeasures as well.
