摘要
介绍我国海上应急搜救工作中电子海图的应用现状,并通过分析典型的电子海图应用系统,对基于矢量图件的数图交互技术进行应用研究。讨论电子海图的三维可视化技术,重新探索在三维模式下港口、泊位及航标等通航要素的显示应用。
In this paper,we present a high-level overview of the technology and architecture of IT systems which integrated with ENC.Moreover,compared with 2D display mode,a 3D display technique of ENC will be explored.Finally,we identify the most suitable display mode for different sections of maritime search and rescue,the potential future applications of ENC will be also discussed.
