摘要
当今时代，科学技术是第一生产力，人才资源是第一资源。陕西作为西部大开发的“桥头堡”，具有重要的区域辐射功能，而发展必须以人才为载体，本文对当前陕西省人才队伍的基本情况进行了一系列的调查研究，分析了目前陕西人才队伍发展中存在的问题，提出建设一支具有竞争力人才队伍的对策。
Science and technology is the first productivity and human resourses, the first resource in modern era. As pillbox of the large-scale development of the western regions, Shaanxi plays a significant role. But the regional development must rely on talents. This article investigates the basic situation of talents and analyzes the problems in talent team development. It also puts forward some countermeasures to the problems.
