“专转本”学生教育问题及应对措施初探 被引量:3

摘要 阐述了专科与本科在性质和培养任务上的不同,分析了学生就读专科两到三年后再转入本科学习的经历,认为他们已形成的学习、生活习惯与应激事件应对模式同新环境之间的巨大反差,造成了"专转本"学生不同于普通本科生的特点,即在"转本"后专业学习方面产生不适应性、人际交往的相对封闭性与被动性、思想与情感方面的归属感缺失和敏感性,并从新生教育、心理辅导以及学业课程设置等角度有针对性地提出了一些应对措施。 The differences between academic course and undergraduate course in nature and training tasks,and the learning experience of upgrading from two or three years'academic course to the undergraduate course are expounded.It is pointed out that "academy to undergraduate education"students show different characteristics from ordinary university students because of the huge contrast in learning and living habits as well as the stress reaction;that is,the inadaptability in study,the relative closeness and passiveness in interpersonal communication,the sensitiveness and the lackness of the sense of belonging in emotional feelings are brought forth after transferring to undergraduate course.Then some related measures are also provided appropriately from the training of freshmen,the psychological guidance as well as the course offering.
