Discussion on the Teaching Mehods of Basic Legal Course under the Multicultural Background

论述了多民族多元化特点及在少数民族学生聚多的法律基础课教学中开展教学改革的迫切性和重要性。分析指出,新疆地处祖国西北边陲,不同少数民族风俗习惯各有其特点,各民族文化和意识差异化倾向较大,研究解决当前少数民族地区法制教育中存在的问题,创造良好的教育的氛围,探讨多种教育方法和手段,有利于法制教育的最终目标的实现。

The characteristics of the diversified multi-cultures and the urgency and necessity of carrying out teaching reform of the basic legal course are explored.It is pointed out that the customs of different ethnic minorities of Xinjiang in northwest China have unique features,and the differences of cultures and consciousness between ethnic minorities are huge.The analysis of the problems existing in the educator of ethnic minorities,the creation of harmonious educational atmosphere,and the discussion on diversified teaching methods are expounded in order to realize the final target of leagal education.
