摘要
文章分析了毛纺企业周转量大、生产周期长的主要原因,探讨了在实际生产中加快资金周转、缩短生产周期的措施,并且提出了标准化体系建设、纱批配套率和无效量考核的创新理念,对实际生产有指导作用,对于国内同行毛纺企业的管理实践具有借鉴意义。
Main reasons of large turnover and long production cycle in wool textile enterprises were analyzed.Measures to control the turnover and shorten the production cycle in the actual production were discussed.An innovative concept of the establishment of the standardization system,yarn matching assessment rates and invalid volume was proposed to guid actual production,as well as being a positive reference for domestic wool enterprise management.
