针对紧密纺针织纱要求条干均匀、结杂少而小的特点,从工艺参数、新型纺纱器材应用、设备维护及操作管理等方面加强改进和管理,使纺出的有机棉针织纱质量稳定,为企业创造出良好的经济效益。
The compact spinning of knitting yarn has the characteristics of yarn evenness and few and small impurity containing.Based on these requirements,the quality of spinning organic cotton knitting yarn was stabilized by strengthening improvement and management from the aspects of process parameters,the application of new spinning equipment,equipment maintenance and operations management,which can create good economic benefits for enterprises.
