阿托伐他汀钙对高血压患者的治疗作用及血清中细胞因子TNF-a、CRP、IL-4和IL-10的影响

目的观察阿托伐他汀钙对高血压患者治疗前后血清中细胞因子的影响及其降压效果。方法 82例高血压病(EH)患者,随机分为2组:治疗组41例,每日晨服硝苯地平控释片30mg,晚睡前服阿托伐他汀钙20mg;对照组41例,服用硝苯地平控释片30mg,疗程均12周。于治疗前后采用酶联免疫法测定细胞因子TNF-a、IL-4和IL-10及采用免疫比浊法检测CRP水平的变化,并监测患者血压变化。结果 EH患者经阿托伐他汀钙治疗3个月后,血清TNF-a、CRP和IL-4水平明显降低,IL-10水平升高。治疗组血压(BP)和脉压(PP)较对照组显著下降,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阿托伐他汀钙对EH患者血清中细胞因子的异常改变有良好的改善作用,但具体机制尚有待于进一步研究;硝苯地平控释片联用阿托伐他汀钙降压及改变脉压效果更显著,可作为高血压患者降压达标的辅助用药。

Obj.ective Atorvastatin calcium in patients with hypertension before and after treatment of serum cytokines and its antihypertensive effect. Methods 82 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into 2 groups ：Treatment of 41 cases, the daily morning service Nifedipine 30mg, serving before sleep atorvastatin calcium 20mg; the control group 41 patients taking Nifedipine 30mg, both 12 weeks. Before and after treatment by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay of cytokines TNF-a, IL-4 and IL-10 and measured by immunoturbidimetric assay to changes in CRP levels and monitoring of blood pressure changes. Results EH patients after 3 months of treatment of atorvastatin calcium, the TNF-a, CRP and IL-4 levels of serum were significantly lower, IL-10 levels. Blood pressure and PP decreased significantly in treatment group than the control group,between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium on serum cytokines in patients with EH abnormal changes of the role of a good improvement, but the exact mechanism still needs further study; Nifedipine combined with atorvastatin calcium changes in blood pressure and pulse pressure effect more pronounced, can be used as secondary hypertension antihypertensive medication compliance.
