四川省残疾人竞技体育现状及发展对策研究

Present Situation and Development Strategies of Competitive Sports for Disabled People in Sichuan Province

运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法等方法,分析了四川省残疾人竞技体育事业发展历程与现状,指出四川省残疾人竞技体育目前主要存在管理机构建设不健全、残疾人竞技体育经费投入严重不足、优势项目不多等10个方面问题;就推进四川省残疾人竞技体育发展提出了加强有关政策法规的执行力度,完善省残疾人竞技体育协会的功能,成立省残疾人竞技体育运动管理中心,加大残疾人竞技体育的投入,拓展残疾人竞技体育经费来源渠道等9点建议。

By using the methods of social survey, literature investigation, questionnaire survey, expert interview and so on, the paper analyzes the development course and the present situatiori of competitive sports for disabled people in Sichuan, and points out the main problems in 10 aspects of Sichuan disabled competitive sports, including imperfect construction of disabled management institutions, great lack of funds for disabled competitive sports and too few advantageous projects, etc. It provides 9 suggestions including strengthening the enforcement of relevant policies and regulations, consummating the function of provincial disabled competitive sports association, founding provincial management center of disabled competitive sports, increasing the investment in disabled competitive sports, and expanding the channels of fund sources for disabled competitive sports to promote the development of Sichuan disabled competitive sports.
