宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫异常出血56例临床分析

目的评价宫腔镜双极电切术治疗子宫良性疾病所致异常出血的临床疗效及其安全性。方法回顾分析56例子宫良性病变致子宫异常出血患者接受宫腔镜双极电切术后的治疗效果。结果 56例手术均顺利完成,手术时间15～60min,术中出血量10～50ml,病理示符合子宫内膜息肉38例,子宫粘膜下肌瘤11例,内膜良性增生性过长5例,增殖期改变2例。通过随访发现疗效满意。结论子宫异常出血者行宫腔镜双极电切治疗具有创伤小、恢复快的优点,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and compare the safety in patients with non-malignant abnormal uterine bleeding after receiving hysteroscopic electrocision. Methods The clinical efficacy in 56 patients with non-malignant abnormal uterine bleeding was retrospectively analyzed after receiving hysteroscopic electrocution. Results All the cases were successfully completed, without uterine perforation or other complications. The time for operation was between 15 to 60 minutes, and the blood loss was between 10 to 50 ml. Among this group, endometrial polyps was found in 38 patients, submucous myoma in 11 patients, endometrial hyperplasia in 5 patients, and proliferative phase of endometrium in 2 patients. We also found that all the patients were very satisfied with the treatment of hysteroscopic electrocision during a follow-up. Conclusion Hysteroscopic treatment can enhance the safety and efficacy of the operation, which can be promoted for treating non-malignant abnormal uterine bleeding.
