国家女子网球队后备选手中短期集训负荷特征的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 运用训练课跟踪统计、心率遥测等方法,分析国家女网后备选手中短期集训负荷特征,并与正式比赛的负荷强度相比较,结果表明:综合训练课比重过大,一堂课内容多、时间长、节奏慢、过程平淡,每课大中小负荷的节奏安排不明显;后备选手体能训练已由过去的天天练发展为课课练,但体能训练的负荷强度较小;技战术训练与比赛相比较,高强度负荷时间的比率都较低,但技战术训练中中等和中高强度的练习相对偏少,心率上下波动幅度过大,平均心率强度较低,组间休息时间太长,与实战不相符。 By using the session tracking statistics, heart rate telemetering and other methods, the paper analyzes the load features of the national women backup players' medium and short -term training and compares them with the load intensity in a formal game, with the result showing that: the proportion of comprehensive training in the national team's medium and short -term training is too big, there are too many contents and the session is too long and slow with the process being boring and the rhythms of the loads not obviously arranged; the backup players' stamina training has been changed from everyday training in the past to the present style of every - session traning, but the intensity of stamina training load is small ; in technical and strategic training and compared with real competitions, there is a lower ratio of high - intensity load time but fewer high and medium - high intensity training, with the heart beat fluctuating widely, the average heart rate staying comparatively low and the rest time between sessions lasting too long, which is not consistent with the actual competition.
