摘要
公立医院的岗位设置改革是在事业单位改革和医疗卫生体制改革的同步中进行,岗位设置工作是否科学、合法、合理,直接影响公立医院的人才资源战略,直接影响公立医院在即将全面开展的医疗体制改革中的可持续发展问题。在当前形势下,以科学发展观为指导、运用PDCA方法来开展公立医院岗位设置工作,有利于公立医院在当前医改形势下实施人力资源发展战略,有利于提升公立医院的核心竞争力。
In the process of enterprose reform together with medical and health care system reform, scientific, legal and rational post setting in directly affects the sustainable development of the public hospitals. With scientific outlook on development and PDCA method, the implementation of post setting is helpful for human resources development strategy and core competence upgrading in the public hospitals.
