剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术139例临床分析

目的对剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的可行性及安全性进行探讨。方法对139例妊娠并发子宫肌瘤行剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除患者,与单纯行剖宫产术的产妇进行对照。结果术中出血量、术后病率、住院时间肌瘤剔除组与单纯剖宫产组比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05),手术时间肌瘤剔除组与单纯剖宫产组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术,是安全可行的。

Objective To evaluate the safety and feasibility of Cesarean myomectomy, Methods To analysis 139 Pregnant women with hystermyoma received hysterectomy in the process of cesarean section in our hospital, which were compared with 139 pregnant women with simple cesaran section. Results There was no significant difference in hemorrhage of operation, puerperal infection and days inpatient after operation between hysterectomy group and simple cesarean section group （P〉0.05）. There was significant difference in time spending on operation between hysterectomy group and simple cesarean section group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Casarean myonectomy is feasible and can be performed safely.
