超声引导介入治疗卵巢囊肿的临床分析

目的探讨经腹或经阴道超声引导下介入治疗良性卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法对2008年3月～2010年3月间76例(80个)卵巢良性囊肿在超声引导下经腹或经阴道穿刺抽液,并注入无水乙醇凝固治疗。术后第1月、3月、6月随访复查。结果 80个囊性肿物经腹壁穿刺32例,经阴道穿刺48例。其中65个治愈,11个有效,4个无效,治愈率为81.25%,总有效率95.00%。结论超声引导下介入治疗卵巢囊肿,操作简便,介入的精确度高,并发症少、疗效可靠、安全性好,术后恢复快,是治疗卵巢良性囊肿的较好治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate abdominal or transvaginal ultrasound-guided interventional treatment of benign ovarian cysts effect. Methods From March 2008 to 2010 March 76 （80） benign ovarian cysts in the ultrasound-guided transabdominal or transvaginal puncture fluid and injected into the anhydrous ethanol coagulation therapy. After 1 month, 3 months, 6 months follow-up review. Results of 80 cystic tumor through the abdominal wall puncture in 32 cases, vaginal puncture 48.65 of them cured, 11 effective, four invalid, the cure rate was 81.25%, 95.00% total efficiency. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided interventional treatment of ovarian cysts, simple, high precision intervention, fewer complications,.effective and reliable, safety, postoperative recovery, the treatment of benign ovarian cysts better treatment.
