摘要
目的分析心脏B超与心动图在高血压性心脏病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析并对比53例高血压性心脏病患者的心脏B超与心电图。结果心脏B超检出左室肥厚17例(32.1%),明显高于心电图检出率(22.6%)。结论心脏B超诊断高血压性心脏病敏感性与特异性更高。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Type-B ultrasonic and Electrocardiogram in Hypertensive heart disease.Methods Retrospective analysis the Type-B ultrasonic and Electrocardiogram with 53 cases of Hypertensive heart disease. Results Type-B ultrasonic detectives 17 cases of Left ventricular hypertrophy, obviously higher than the detection rate of Electrocardiogram（22.6%）.Conclusion Type-B ultrasonic diagnosis for Hypertensive heart disease has higher Sensitivity and specificity.
