消化性溃疡患者的健康教育探讨

目的探讨提高消化性溃疡患者的健康教育效果,认识并普及消化性溃疡的健康教育,提高治疗效果,减少复发。方法选择医院门诊及住院消化性溃疡患者及家属,采用口头及结合文字教育相结合的教育形式,通过自身对照,对36位消化性溃疡患者进行健康教育和健康教育后随访比较。结果患者对疾病认识程度和治疗效果明显提高,复发率明显降低。结论健康教育可以使患者及家属了解更多相关知识,改变不良生活习惯,促进健康生活方式的建立,从而有助于提高治疗效果降低复发。

Objective To improve the health of patients with chronic peptic ulcer education effect, know and popularization of health education peptic ulcer, improve the treatment effect, reduce the recurrence. Methods Choose outpatient and peptic ulcer in hospital patients and family members, the oral and writing education with the combination of education form, through their own controls, a peptic ulcer of 36 patients with health education and health education followed after the comparison. Results Patients to disease and treatment effect knowledge increased significantly, and the recurrence rate is significantly reduced. Conclusion Health education can make the patient and family to learn more knowledge, change bad living habits, promote the healthy mode of life set up to help improve the treatment effect reducing recurrence.
