基于ADAMS的含运动副间隙破碎机动力学仿真分析 被引量:14

摘要 采用Pro/E建立颚式破碎机的实体模型,通过软件间的数据接口将其导入到ADAMS中,使用ADAMS建立含运动副间隙的破碎机多体动力学模型。根据Hertz理论,设置适当的仿真参数,对含运动副间隙的破碎机模型进行动力学仿真分析。得出了不同间隙时,执行件的角速度、角加速度、含间隙运动副的接触碰撞力的变化规律及对破碎机工作性能的影响。 The solid model of jaw crusher is built through Pro/Engineer,then it is imported into ADAMS through the data interface between software.The multi-body dynamic model of jaw crusher which contained joint clearance is built by ADAMS.Then,the dynamic simulation analysis of jaw crusher multi-body dynamic model is taken after setting proper parameters according to the Hertz theory.It is obtained that the angel velocity and angel acceleration velocity of executive components which are under different work conditions,the variation law of contact force of contained joint clearance and the influence of jaw crusher's operating performance also is got.
