过盈联接对空心轴内花键的影响及分析

The Influence and Analysis of Interference Fit on inner Spline of hollow Shaft

对于一种采用过盈联接并且其内孔为花键联接的结构形式,进行过盈量、结合直径、加热温度等的设计,对结合直径对过盈量和内孔减小量的影响等方面做了详细的研究,分别计算了过盈变形、扭转变形对内外花键造成的变形量,给出了外花键齿向修形曲线。

For the structure that its outer surface is used in an interference fit and its inner bore is for a spline joint,the interference amount,the fit diameter and the heating temperature are designed,the effects of the fit diameter on the interference amount and inner bore size are studied in detail,the deformation amount of internal and external spline owing to the interference and torsion deflection are respectively calculated,and the modification curve of the longitudinal tooth shape for the external spline is finally proposed.
