摘要 分析了双曲肘合模机构的运动特性和力学特性,采用多目标模拟退火优化算法MOSA(MultiObject Simulated Annealing),基于多目标优化平台modeFRONTIER,以合模油缸推力和机构总长度为目标函数建立多目标优化设计模型,对双曲肘合模机构的关键结构参数进行多目标优化计算。结果表明,优化后合模油缸推力最大值下降了30.9%,机构总长度下降了3.3%。 The kinematic and mechanical characteristics of joint-double clamping unit are analyzed.By adopting the Multi-object Simulated Annealing(MOSA) algorithm,based on multi-objective optimization platform modeFRONTIER,a model of multi-objective optimization design is established with the pushing-force of the clamp cylinder and the total length of mechanism as objective function.The multi-objective optimization calculation is then performed on the key structure parameters of joint-double clamping unit.The results indicate that after optimal design,the maximum value of the pushing-force of the clamp cylinder is reduced by 30.9% and the total length of mechanism is reduced by 3.3%.
