Design and Study on an Adjustable Machinery of Water Warehouse Cleaning Coal Slurry

通过设计一种移动可调式煤泥清挖装置,实现井下水仓煤泥自动清理。本机构主要由传动装置、张紧装置、工作位置调节装置组成。该机构移动方便,工作角度可调,利于在各种复杂环境下工作,应用范围广,可广泛用于煤矿、冶金开采、建筑、仓库及工程道路等各种工作场合。该机构结构简单,制造成本低,有较高的推广、应用价值。

A movable and adjustable equipment for cleaning coal slurry is provided,which can clean coal slurry of water warehouse automatically.This equipment mainly consists of transmission parts,the tensioning parts and work position adjusting parts.The machinery is easy to move and has adjustable work angle,so it can be applied in various complex working environment such as coal mine,metallurgical mining,buildings,warehouses and engineering road,etc.Because of simple structure and low cost for manufacturing,the machinery has a high prospects and application value.
