摘要
以TH4013SL型伸缩臂叉装车的底盘结构为研究对象,对其进行了详细的结构设计,分析计算了该结构承受的外力及载荷,并利用CosmosWorks对其进行有限元静态强度分析,得出底盘结构的应力分布情况和最小安全系数,验证了底盘结构设计的合理性,对伸缩臂叉装车的设计和优化具有重要的参考价值。
Taking TH4013SL telehandler chassis structure for the s tudy object,the paper carries out a detailed structural design,analyzes and ca lculates the external force and loads,and applies finite element static strengt h analysis with CosmosWorks,gaining the stress distribution and the minimum saf ety factor of the chassis structure,verifying the reasonability of the chassis design,and providing important reference value for design and optimization of t he telehandler.
