摘要
对比了目前门座起重机的迁移方法,提出了1种由海上整体迁移的吊运方案,并对方案中的关键环节进行了强度分析和校核,保证了方案的可靠性和安全性。此方案已成功应用在工程实践中,并完成了2次不同吨位门座起重机的整体迁移,既节约了成本又大大提高了工作效率,具有很好的可操作性。
The paper compares the existing portal crane transfer m ethod,proposes the scheme of overall transfer by sea and applies strength analy sis and verification to key steps,ensuring the reliability and security of the scheme.The scheme has been successfully applied in engineering practice,and co mpleted overall transfer of two portal cranes with different tonnage,which save s the cost while greatly improves the efficiency,and has good operability.
