In addition, the planning will make the requirements on developmental speed, environmental protection, resources utilization and supporting policy for paper industry. Based on the planning, Mr. GU Min-da, a qualified expert of the committee of China Technical Association of Paper Industry and China Paper Association, expressed his own opinions on how to speed up the adjustment of industrial structure, find a low-carbon path, solve the supply of raw materials through a variety of channels, fasten the pace in localization of paper machinery.
