摘要
目的建立毛支清口服液中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法选用Venusil MP C18分析柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),甲醇-水-磷酸(60∶40∶0.2)为流动相,检测波长为280 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min。结果黄芩苷进样量为0.5~3.0μg时与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,回归方程为:Y=3.00×106X-415 373,r=0.999 6,平均回收率为103.0%,相对标准偏差为1.117%。结论所建立的高效液相色谱方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、分离效果好,可作为毛支清口服液的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish a method for content determination of baicalin in Maozhiqing Oral Liquid,a Chinese minority traditional medicine.Methods The Venusil MP C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid(60∶40∶0.2),the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results The sample size of Baicalin had a good linear relationship with the peak area within the range of 0.5~3.0 μg with an regression equation being Y=3.00×106 X-415 373(r=0.999 6).The average recovery was 103.0%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.117%.Conclusion The established method of high performance liquid chromatography can be used for quality control of Maozhiqing Oral Liduid because of its simplicity,accuracy,high sensitivity,and good separation.
