后金融危机时代高新区协调发展研究——以广西高新区协调发展为例

Post-crisis Era Coordinated Development of High-tech Zone——Take the Coordinated Development of Guangxi High-tech Zone for Example

实现协调可持续发展是我国经济发展的必然趋势。后金融危机时代,高新区必须打破"条块分割"、"各自为政"的局限,转向"大产业的协调发展",增强发展的可持续性。文章认为,高新区的协调发展必须树立大产业发展理念,科学合理统筹规划;建立合作共享机制,增强协调发展能力;以产业集群为发展导向,提高协调发展水平;培育和发展龙头企业,强化协调发展的带动力。

To achieve coordinated and sustainable development is the inevitable trend of China＇s economic development. In post-crisis era, the high-tech zones must update from the ＂fragmentation＂, ＂fragmented＂ to ＂the coordinated development of large industry, ＂ to enhance the sustainability of development. According to the article, the coordinated development of high-tech zones must establish the concept of large industrial development, scientific and reasonable overall planning; establish cooperation mechanisms for sharing and enhance coordination of development; to guide the development of industrial clusters and improve the coordination of development; training and development of leading enterprises, and strengthen coordination driving force of development.
