摘要
我国实施最低工资制度时间较短,与其相关的问题还有待进一步完善。文章从最低工资标准与职工平均工资的比例关系、与城市最低生活保障标准的关系及与收入分配的关系三个方面对我国最低工资制度的实施所产生的社会效果进行了具体的分析。通过对我国实施最低工资制度所产生的社会效果的分析,文章建议应从合理地测算并设定最低工资标准、完善最低工资制度的执行环境和健全最低工资制度的监管体系三个方面,进一步完善我国最低工资制度的实施。
The history of the minimum wage system has not been implementing very long in China, and the relevant problems still remain to be improved. This article analyzes the social effects specifically generated by the implementation of the minimum wage system from following three aspects: the relationship between the minimum wage standard and the workers' average wage, the urban lowest living security standards and the income distribution. Through the analysis of the social effects produced by the implementation of the minimum wage system, this article suggests that we should estimate and set minimum wage standard reasonably, perfect the executive environment of the minimum wage system and sound the supervision system of minimum wage system. These suggestions can help to improve the implementation of the minimum wage system in China.
